Our pre-employment procedure requires that all staff are screened by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) Scheme. 
Our staff are hand-picked and their experience, references and qualifications thoroughly checked. All healthcare staff are trained in Foundations of Care and have years of experience working in the Health & Social Care sectors
to their credit.
Further, a National Vocational Qualification - NVQ (a minimum of Level II in Health & Social Care) is required. Clients may further train staff to suit their specific requirements.

Also, on the request of clients, we can make arrangements for the placement of a permanent staff of their choice to maintain continuity and consistency. This provides the assurance of a familiar face as opposed to welcoming a new face each time.
